Facility Restrictions
Conference facilities consist of multifunctional conference hall for up to 150 participants. Conference hall can be divided into 3 independent segments (rooms) of different capacity. Our conference facilities are equipped with modern and sophisticated audio, video and multimedia systems such as: - Sound systems with dynamic and wireless microphones - LCD multimedia projectors (1 x 4500 ANSI Lumens; 2 x 3500 ANSI Lumens) - Motorized (installed) and mobile projection screens, dimensions up to: 400 x 300 cm - Plasma screens (total 3 pieces) and LCD screens - Audio and video reproducers - Audio and video recording systems - DIGIMIC table top microphones for discussion and simultaneous translation system in the conference hall - Digital system for management and distribution of audio and video signals to all conference rooms - All other conference equipment such as: PC Laptops, presentation remote controllers and laser pointers, flipcharts, as well as equipment for conference offices (Photocopy machines, printers, etc.)
