Dunkeld House Hotel lies at the gateway to highland Perthshire, home of the Earls of Atholl since 1529, it is situated in an area rich in beauty, wildlife and history. Our four-star country house sits on 280 acres of natural woodland and overlooks the River Tay, renowned for its famous salmon fishing. Dunkeld House Hotel has 100 bedrooms and suites designed to bring you comfort, luxury and complete relaxation during your trip to Perthshire. FOOD & BEVERAGE At our AA Rosette we locally source our produce. Perthshire is renowned for its delicious game, salmon, and local vegetables and fruits. Our chefs then transform the produce into mouth-watering, seasonal, and creative dishes. The heart of the hotel, whether you are looking for a light bite or a nightcap, our bar and lounge offers a range of light bites and beverages with cosy corners and views across the gardens and river. Explore the medieval Dunkeld Cathedral and wander through charming streets lined with traditional shops. Within the Estate we work closely with our estate activities to deliver a range of team challenges and team building activities. We can offer clay pigeon shooting with County Clays, who also offer archery and air riffle shooting. Land Rover Experience offering an off road experience through the highlands of Perthshire, or a range of fun activities all based within the up to most up to date Land Rovers. We can also offer a Scottish Experience and host a Highland Games for everyone to participate and get involved with. We can also host a range of team challenges such as the forest team challenge or the rafting challenge.
