About us
The Bat Centre is an art development and community center located within the small Craft Harbour off Durban’s Victoria Embankment. There are large art studios, a number of exhibition galleries, resource center and a conference room. This auditorium is the site of the main events held at the BAT. It can hold up to 750 people or 500 people seated and has dressings rooms and ablution facilities. Three phase power is supplied, as well as normal electrical points, the facility also has a basic stage which is available. The hall comes with lighting, 2 speakers and is air conditioned.
