Situated at Livingston near Edinburgh, in 22 acres of beautiful woodlands, you'll find a range of rooms to meet your needs. Just 2 minutes from J3 of the main M8 motorway which connects Edinburgh and Glasgow, 5 minutes from Uphall Railway Station and with Edinburgh Airport just 15 minutes’ away, we're easily reached. OUR FACILITIES Beyond the classic grace of the16th century Tower House, you’ll find four conference and function rooms. For the larger conference, the Houstoun Suite can entertain up to 400 with the option to create two separate soundproof spaces for up to 100 guests. The Strathbrock Suite in the former stable block will comfortably house up to 100, with the convenience of a bar area come break-out space. Split into two, it can accommodate up to 60 guests. We're flexible enough to handle everything from a small, intimate event to an elegant extravaganza . Plus, our dedicated events co-ordinator completes the picture and is available to help with all of your event requirements.
