Six Senses Crans-Montana enjoys prime position just above the main gondola in Crans. The 78 guestrooms and suites are inspired by Swiss chalet architecture and contemporary Alpine sophistication. Featuring large bay windows and generously sized balconies showcasing views of the Alpine forest and Chetzeron ski piste. Designed with natural materials, from the use of quartzite stone facades to local larch and oak, and slate roofs to connect guests to the nature outside.

Has your hotel taken steps to reduce single-use plastics, such as removing plastic straws (except upon request for guests with disabilities), stirrers and cotton buds? If yes, please provide detail as to the steps you have taken to reduce single use plastics?
As of 2024 our hotel operations are fully free of Single Use Plastics, from all bathroom amenities, minibar, bottled water, spa products, F&B, banqueting etc. We are working with suppliers to reduce plastic packaging where hygiene permits, and organising take-back programs on HDPE plastic containers.
Does your hotel generate (onsite) or purchase (offsite) renewable energy (beyond your utility's standard offerings)? If yes, please describe your practices for generating or purchasing renewable energy.
Our operational footprint derives principally from two energies (Electricity & Heating) Electricity - Onsite generation: 137 south-facing solar panels - Offsite generation: Sourcing uniquely Swiss renewable energy Heating: - Onsite generation: Carbon neutral waste wood pellet heating system, with heat recuperation from kitchen, spa, & technical spaces Combined, our Scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions are kept at extremely low levels.
