About us

NH Eindhoven Conference Centre Koningshof is a 4-star hotel located in Veldhoven, which is located next to Eindhoven. The hotel is ideal for business travelers due to its location and facilities. Within 15 minutes, you will arrive from Eindhoven Airport at the hotel. There are also 2000 parking spaces where the first 3 hours of parking are for free. The hotel is surrounded by a wooded area and offers a beautiful location. The building used to serve as a monastery, this detail can be found in the Abdijbar and among others. The hotel offers 80 meeting rooms in total that are suitable for business meetings and brainstormsessions, as well as for large events such as a trade fair or a product launch. The maximum capacity of the largest room is 2000 people, which is the Benelux meeting room. The Auditorium can accommodate up to 260 people in theater style. Large events are regularly organized, therefore the Event Planners have a lot of experience and are happy to be of service to fulfill your wishes and needs. The catering team is also at your service. There is audiovisual equipment available, but we also offer the possibility to hire additional equipment. If you are planning to organize a multi-day event or want to offer your guests the opportunity to stay overnight, we do offer this possibility with 509 hotel rooms in the categories standard, superior, family and junior suites. Both single and double rooms are available. All rooms have warm colors and are equipped with a TV, tea and coffee facility, a shower, hairdryer and toiletries. All rooms, except the standard type, have air conditioning. After your meeting or event you can relax in a rustic, historic space, the Abdijbar. Open from 4pm to midnight. If you like to have dinner with your colleagues, you can visit our restaurant Porticato. This modern restaurant, with lots of natural daylight, can seat up to 60 people and serves international and Mediterranean dishes on an à la carte menu. A freshly prepared breakfast is served every morning and includes cereals, yogurt, fruit, juices and fresh pastries. Hot dishes can also be prepared on request. The breakfast restaurant is open every Monday to Friday from 07:00 - 10:00. Saturday from 07:00 - 11:00 and on Sundays and Public Holidays from 07:00 - 12:00. NH Eindhoven Conference Centre Koningshof offers many different leisure activities in the sports center in the hotel. There is a fitness room which is free of charge for hotel guests. Both cardio machines and free weights are available. There is also a sauna. In addition, there is a heated indoor pool which is free for hotel guests and there are 2 squash courts. Reservations are required and there is a small surcharge. Furthermore, the hotel offers several services, such as air conditioning and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, luggage storage, bicycle rental, free coffee in the lobby, dry cleaning, laundry, multilingual staff, 24/7 reception, 24/7 room service and is wheelchair friendly.
