Just a stone’s throw from direct routes to Scotland’s largest cities, 4 Star Macdonald Inchyra Hotel & Spa is one of the largest hotel conference venues in Scotland. Recently refurbished to exceptional standards, Macdonald Inchyra provides flexible and spacious meeting and conference space which is easily tuned to suit your specific needs. Even better, it’s just two minutes from junction 5 of the M9. Just around half an hour is all it takes to reach Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling, while you can be at Edinburgh Airport in only 25 minutes. OUR FACILITIES The seven meeting rooms are comfortably furnished, naturally lit and benefit from air conditioning. The showpiece Inchyra Suite has been purpose built to accommodate large conferences and exhibitions, and can divide into two sound-proof spaces, each able to host up to 300 delegates. Our functional boardrooms and charming meeting rooms, some with original manor house detail, provide a range of choices depending on your event. There’s free WiFi throughout and the option to upgrade to 100 MBps, with state of the art technical extras you’d expect from a modern, well equipped conference venue. When it’s time to call it a day, there are 102 luxurious bedrooms and our impressive spa, swimming pool and sauna. Further afield, you’re only 10 minutes’ drive from the spectacular Kelpies equine sculptures, with golf, culture, history and an array of team building opportunities are on the doorstep.
