Facility Restrictions
Please note that availability at Dexcom Stadium can be limited during the rugby season, which typically runs from late September through May for Connacht Rugby fixtures. While we will always work to accommodate your event, we recommend early booking to secure preferred dates outside of peak match periods
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by client: The client may cancel the event by notice in writing to the company event manager (“the Cancellation Notice”), subject to, and in accordance with this clause 2.3. If the client cancels the event, the client will have to pay the company, within 14 days of the Cancellation Notice, the Cancellation Fee which correlates with the timing of the Cancellation Notice when received by the event manager, less any payment made by the client to the company in accordance with the provisions of this contract:- Timing of cancellation notice Cancellation Fee - Six months or more prior to event 25% of total cost - Three to six months prior to the event 35% of total cost - One to three months prior to the event 50% of total cost - Fifteen days to one month prior to the event 75% of total cost - Fourteen days or less prior to the event 100% of total cost
