Cal Ros, restaurant in Girona with more than a century of history. Cal Ros now serves an updated version of traditional Catalonian seasonal cuisine, but without losing the roots, aromas, and flavors of the past. The stones and arches surrounding the building are a constant reminder of the history of Cal Ros. We want our cooking and service philosophy to have this flavor, but without forgetting that we are in the 21st century.
