Important Things To Know: Due to the custom nature of the vehicles: Weight limit is 250 pounds per person, weight limit for 2 people in the same vehicle is 400 pounds (no exceptions). No prior experience is needed. Guests will receive training operating the mini-car and driving rules for the road. Each vehicle seats 2 people. All drivers must be 21 or over with a valid drivers license (international drivers license accepted). All passengers must be 6 years or older. If both people are 21 with a valid drivers license they can switch driving anytime. Maximum height is 6’3” when riding with a passenger. Price per reservation is for 2 people in the same vehicle. We will provide helmets.

In August of 2016, chef Laurel Burleson launched the Ugly Apple Food Cart. She has been cooking in professional kitchens since high school and has a degree in hospitality management. After cooking for several years around Chicago and Madison, she saw how much was going to waste of this fantastic Midwestern produce. She envisioned owning a cafe that focused on delicious local produce. Hence, the Ugly Apple was born. Like the story of the Ugly Duckling, the Ugly Apple might not be bought at market but can still make a beautiful fritter.
