Cancellation Policy
Confirmation on all reservations requires a deposit equal to one night lodging plus tax and is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance for the total stay will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the one night deposit. Cancellations made 14 day or less prior to arrival will forfeit all monies received. Departure prior to schedule check-out times will result in forfeiture of the balance of the reservation total.
