Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION OF GROUP: Cancellation of this commitment would constitute a breach of The Group's obligation to the Hotel and the Hotel would be harmed. The Group agrees to pay Hotel, within thirty (30) days after any Cancellation, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, the amount listed on the following scale. 30 days prior to Arrival date = 100% of estimated guestrooms & F&B revenues 31 - 60 days prior to Arrival date = 75% of estimated guestrooms, & F&B revenues 61-90 days prior to Arrival date = 50% of estimated guestrooms, & F&B revenues 91-180 days prior to Arrival date = 40% of estimated guestrooms, & F&B revenues
