Facility Restrictions
All decorating of the facility must be approved by the Pelazzio management prior to the event. Please note that all sales & service of Alcoholic Beverages are regulated by the state. As a result, guests may not bring in and/or serve any alcoholic beverage. The Banquet Manager, Event Captain, and/or Bartender reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person whom, in the facility's judgement, appears intoxicated. During the time of serving alcohol or when Pelazzio's staff decides, HPD Security Officers will be provided by Pelazzio at an additional cost that will be added to the contract. Normal cleaning will be provided as a complementary service. Smoking is not permitted at any time inside the facility. Any person found smoking inside the facility will be escorted from the facility. Any damage caused by smoking (i.e. cigarette burns) will be subjected to an additional fee. All personal items brought to the facility are the responsibility of the customer. Any items left at the facility after the event will be discarded at the time of cleanup, unless other arrangements have been previously made. After closing the buffet or clearing tables, Pelazzio will discard all leftover food. Any food provided by Pelazzio may not be taken off the premises after it has been approved and served. Outsource catering companies or individuals are responsible for service and attending the food line. Pelazzio is not responsible for outside catering food and/or beverages what so ever.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be accepted up to one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the event and all deposits paid as stated in the contract are non-refundable.
