It will be the guest’s responsibility to take care of their own valuables
Cancellation Policy
•For Cancellations and amendments after 48 hours prior to date of arrival, retention of one night for the Rooms Held by the Hotel will be strictly applicable. •For No Shows, retention for the Rooms Held by the Hotel will be strictly applicable for the entire duration of the stay of the guests •For bulk booking of 5 rooms and above or banquet reservations, An advance payment of 100% is required at the time of making a booking covering the minimum guaranteed persons. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the function, the advance payment will not be refunded and adjusted and that it will be forfeited.

Yes, Re-usable water bottles, plastic straws and stirrers replaced with eco-friendly alternatives offered on request by 2021. Working to replace branded plastic pens with pencils or recyclable pens. Giveaway sweets are wrapped in wood-based foil wrappers
