About us
BIO Hotel Koper is a family-run hotel with a lasting tradition. It is located in the outskirts of the beautiful and largest Slovenian coastal city of Koper. You can relax in our pleasant and comfortable hotel amenities and in the quiet surroundings or jump in the city bustle not far away. Bio Hotel Koper offers 29 rooms, all of which were mostly renovated in 2012. Our rooms are suitable for large or small groups. The hotel restaurant holds up to 250 people and besides we have four separate rooms for 150, 33, 20 and 12 people.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
