Cancellation Policy
- Before D-120: 30% of the total amount stipulated in the Contract; - Between 120 and 90 days before the beginning of the Event: 50% of the total amount stipulated in the Contract; - Between 90 and 60 days before the beginning of the Event: 70% of the total amount stipulated in the Contract; - Between 60 and 15 days before the beginning of the Event: 90% of the total amount stipulated in the Contract; - After D-15, 15 days before the beginning of the Event: 100% of the total amount stipulated in the Contract.

For your large-scale events, product launches, gala dinners, cocktail evenings, fashion shows, concerts, congresses, meetings, and all your exclusive celebrations, Mas Bonvilar, a traditional farmhouse dating back to the 17th century, has been completely renovated and transformed into a reception space of 450 m² that can host up to 700 invited guests.

Châteauform’ is committed to eliminating single-use plastics. For instance, single-use water bottles are no longer provided, whether in the rooms or in the common areas. Instead, glass bottles and water fountains are available. We also prioritize bulk purchasing to avoid single-use packaging.
