Check-In Age:21 years or older (18 years or older with a valid Military ID). Pet Policy: One, well-behaved domestic pet (cat or dog) Stays Free! Pets must be declared at check-in. Up to 2 pets allowed per room. Second pet $15/ night, not to exceed 7 nights or $105 per pet per stay. Pet not to exceed 80 pounds. Service and emotional support animals are always welcome. Deposit Policy: $100 cash deposit required for all daily guests, $150 cash deposit required for all weekly/monthly guests. Deposit released at check-out upon room inspection. Special Policy: Early check‑in may be available upon request. Fees: 50% of the room rate before 12:00 noon, and a full night’s rate at or before 7:00 a.m. For late check‑out availability and fees, please see the front desk.
