Rates are determined on availability, number of guests, type of event, what is in town at the time of your date request. Rates are subject to change at any time without deposit and signed agreement. Onsite Food and Beverage available from our private chef and catering team. No outside F&B permitted. Multiple meeting spaces both indoors and outside. NO ADDITIONAL FEES for our Large TV screen and fast WiFI for connecting your laptop and portable projector. PLEASE NOTE: This is a LUXURY PRIVATE ESTATE, not a hotel. NO HIGH, LOW, OR SHOULDER SEASONS FOR THIS PROPERTY.
Cancellation Policy
50% advance deposit is required to confirm your date. The balance in full is due (10) working days before your event date. There are no refunds for any reason. Deposits may be moved to another date, if available.
