Event cancellation 16 to 30 days prior to the event: A charge of 25% of the total event amount will apply to cover expenses incurred by the hotel. Event cancellation from 8 to 15 business days prior to the event: A charge of 50% of the total event amount will apply to cover expenses incurred by the hotel. Reduction or cancellation within 7 business days prior to the event date: A charge of 100% of the confirmed amount will apply.
