Cancellation Policy
In addition to a signed contract, the Inn requires a credit card (or other payment for deposit) to hold your reservation. The charge to the card will be a deposit of 50% of each lodging unit reserved. Please note that if for any reason the event would cancel within 45 days prior to your arrival; the deposit would be forfeited on the units reserved for a one night stay. In the event that you reserved units for more than one night, the Inn would charge one night's lodging cost per unit reserved, if we cannot rebook the unit.
Additional details
We are a Select Registry Inn and have a variety of three types of lodging for your group and can host approximately 28 individuals in rooms, cottages and cabins around the property (and can coordinate nearby offsite lodging at our own reasonable corporate rates for more if you wish)! With primarily double lodging, if your group wants to bring spouses, the number of overnight guests we can host doubles! Remember, that every overnight guest at your corporate or personal event enjoys a FREE full hearty breakfast each morning, and we waive the fee for our meeting spaces if a minimum number of your guests choose to stay overnight with us.
