The 'Banyan' Restaurant is an architecturally unique restaurant perfect for business lunches, get-togethers or romantic dinners. The 'Banyan' proudly serves contemporary Indian and International cuisine and is committed to featuring local, sustainable produce. The Main dining room has a seating capacity of 90 whilst the semi-private dining area which is separated from the main dining room can accommodate up to 25 guests.
