Group Guarantee policy: • 30% of total stay amount will be required upon booking • 70% of total stay amount will be required 60 days prior to group arrival date • 100% of total stay amount will be required 30 days prior to group arrival date Group Cancellation policy: • In case of total/partial cancellation received more than 60 days prior to group arrival date, 30% of total stay amount will be invoiced as cancellation fee. • In case of total/partial cancellation received between 59 and 30 days prior to group arrival date, 70% of total stay amount will be invoiced as cancellation fee. • In case of total/partial cancellation received less than 30 days prior to group arrival date, 100% of total stay amount will be invoiced as cancellation fee.
