Event insurance is mandatory.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS "This event may not be cancelled without forfeiture of $2,500 non-refundable fee after signature, with the exception of the IMPOSSIBILITY clause below. If Event Host cancels the event before 30 days in advance, all funds paid will be refunded less $2,500." Event Venue Fees: If Event Host cancels the event after 30 days, all funds paid towards the event venue fee are forfeited with no refund. Accommodations: In the event of cancellation, funds paid by the Event Host towards the accommodations may be refunded as follows: • If cancellation is made prior to 30 days, 100% of funds paid towards accommodations will be refunded • If cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance, Event Host forfeits 100% of funds paid towards accommodations Catering: In the event of cancellation, funds paid by the Event Host towards catering costs may be refunded as follows: •If cancellation is made before then Event Host forfeits 50% of total estimated catering costs • If cancellation is made after two weeks, Event Host forfeits 100% of total estimated catering costs If refund is due in case of cancellation, funds will be returned less processing fees within 1 month of cancellation. (For example, as of this time per transaction credit card fees are 2.9% + $0.30; PayPal is 2.89% + $0.49; checks are $0. These may change over time but Beyul can furnish documentation of fees paid upon request.)
