About us
Henry Hohauser built the South Beach Hotel in 1939, and we carefully restored it to preserve and recreate its original features to such extend that the City of Miami Beach honored us with a Beautification Award. Our privileged location in the Heart of the Art Deco Historic District allows the guest to walk to The Bass Museum (across the street), and the Miami Beach Convention Center. The sandy beaches of the American Riviera, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, The Jackie Gleason Theater, all of the area's major attractions, as well as the fabulous nightlife are easily accessible.
