ROOM BLOCK CANCELLATION After a definite confirmation has been received, Le Saint-Sulpice Hôtel-Montréal will assess a cancellation fee based upon the following scale: From signature to 181 days prior to arrival date: 25% of Room Revenue + room rental - From 180 days to 90 days prior to arrival date: 65% of Room Revenue + room rental - From 89 days to 30 days prior to arrival date: 85% of Room Revenue + room rental - Less than 30 days prior to arrival date: 100% of Room Revenue + room rental Notice of any cancellation must be received in writing and cancellation fees are payable no later than 30 days after cancellation has occurred. Any deposits made may be retained and applied toward payment of these fees. FOOD AND BEVERAGE CANCELLATION No penalty will be charged if the event is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the event. Otherwise a cancellation fee will apply, based upon the following scale: - 14-8 days prior to the event: 25% of the total estimated amount - 7-4 days prior to the event: 50% of the total estimated amount - 72 hours or less prior to the event: 100% of the total estimated amount The number of people confirmed 72 hours in advance will be the minimum number billed.
