NH München Ost Conference Center is a 4-star property which is conveniently located close to the city’s fairground and business park. It’s the perfect venue to welcome business guests. Not only based on the ideal location, but also due to the fact that we offer multiple well-equipped meeting rooms, comfortable guest rooms and plenty of features to be able to unwind after an eventful day. Additionally, within just 20 minutes you will arrive in Munich center where you can explore the city and visit multiple cozy restaurants and bars. The venue is easy accessible by public transport and by car. Whether you would like to organize a business meeting, a presentation, a conference or an event, all of our 10 modern conference rooms are equipped for up to 550 people and possess the most reliable and modern communication technology. It is important for us to make sure everything works effortlessly and smoothly. Thanks to our audiovisual support you can arrange all types of events. Including video conferences and hybrid events. All meeting rooms are coming with lots of natural daylight. On top, each meeting room is provided with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a projector, screen, flip-over, variable lights, curtains and high quality furniture. Additionally, all rooms are soundproof. Our personal event manager and our expert service manager will be happy to assist you with tailor-made solutions. Be confident that our professional and first class business team will tend to your requests before and during your meeting. Our goal is to meet your needs and wishes. If you are organizing a multiple day business meeting or event or if you just prefer to stay overnight, you could sleep overnight at one of our 222 classically-styled guest rooms. Each room offers a comfortable stay thanks to its high quality furniture. Additionally, all beds are extra-large with thick and cozy innerspring mattresses that have been custom built for the NH Hotel Group. With enhanced cushioning you have a fresh and better start to the day. All guest rooms are provided with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a minibar, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, bathroom amenities and a safe. Each morning you can enjoy our freshly prepared buffet breakfast which includes a wide variety of fresh fruit juices, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, breads and much more. If you need to wake up very early, we offer an early bird breakfast which can be requested at the reception. During daytime you can enjoy a tasteful lunch at the hotel’s restaurant. In the evening you are more than welcome to have dinner. We serve international and local meals including vegetarian options. In the evening you can sit down and relax at the hotel’s bar where we serve delicious drinks and light snacks. If you rather stay at your hotel room, you can request for our room service. When it’s summer time, we open our 2 outdoor terraces. You can enjoy a drink or a bit while enjoying the sunny weather. Both terraces are also suitable for hosting groups or barbecues. If you would like to do some exercise, you could visit our fitness area which is open 24/7. It includes a wide variety of weights and cardio machines. You could also rent a bike.
