Deposit paid will not be refunded if cancellation or postponement is made after confirmation. i) If thirty (30) days prior to the date of the event, a 50% cancellation charge will be imposed on the guaranteed number of rooms & meal arrangements. ii) If fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the event, a 70% cancellation charge will be imposed on the guaranteed number of rooms & meal arrangements. iii) If seven (07) days prior to the date of the event, a 100% cancellation charge will be imposed
