Eating can be a spiritual experience and Healthy food should also taste great. At Piquant, we strive to strike a perfect balance between nutritional value and savory taste. Chef Kirti's signature recipes combine Organic, fresh and seasonal local produced ingredients with Indian spices. All our breads are baked fresh daily using hearty whole grain flours. Our seasonal vegetable offerings enhance the pure tastes and aromas of local harvests and our delectable desserts come sweetened with natural sugars. Our menu has the variety to delight vegetarians, vegans, seafood and meat lovers. We support the community we serve by buying from local organic farmers as much as possible and hiring students as servers or cooking interns. We support slow food, a reaction to the health, social and quality shortcomings of fast food. We also get involved in efforts to restore and sustain our environment by supporting renewable energy forums and groups. We believe that when we feed our bodies, we feed our souls.
