Built on a 504 acre ocean view bluff, The Resort at Pelican Hill brings the rich influences of Italian architecture to the exclusive community of Newport Coast in Southern California. The Resort boasts panoramic ocean views from its 204 Bungalows and 128 spacious Villas. Each Bungalow guest room is 847 sq. feet in size and features 16’ vaulted, hand hewn wood beam ceilings, a limestone gas fireplace, a luxurious bath, and a large fully furnished terrace to soak up the California sun.
