Facility Restrictions

No smoking in the lodging, only in dedicated smoking areas. We are a pet free facility, only service dogs are allowed on our property.

Cancellation Policy

ARCG General Cancellation Policy Once the deposit is sent to us, it is not refundable and nontransferable. We will modify contracts to lower minimum financial obligations (guest count) up to 120 days out from the retreat date. After the 120 day point, contracts can only be modified to increase the minimum financial obligation (guest count). Once a contract is created and approved, if canceled (even prior to sending the deposit), group will be charged $5 per participant as our cancellation fee. This fee goes towards what ARCG is charged for software expenses (even in the event that the retreat is canceled). No refunds are offered within 7 days of the reservation, as the group minimum financial obligation is due at this date. If your group has given us a guest count and you lower that count, swap guests out with other guests, or show up with less guests than packages requested, we will issue a $5 per person late cancellation fee to cover our software costs. This fee will be added to the final invoice. The cancellation fee is in addition to meeting the minimum guest count as laid out in the contract. You will be charged your minimum guest count (plus any additional guests), plus the fees laid out in the cancelation policy after the 120 day mark.
