The Funen Village

The Funen Village (Den Fynske Landsby) is an open-air museum, a complete village environment, where the present meets the past. The Danish Railway Museum

The hotel is from 1897 and was renovated in 2008 with respect for its heritage. The classic city hotel has 9 conference and meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 160 sitting guests. All conference rooms are with day light and equipment. The in-house restaurant Grand's Fiskerestaurant offers delicious meals and break snacks during the stay and will along with the outstanding level of service offer the best conditions for you to host a successful meeting or event.

Cancellation Policy

Minor adjustments in the number of participants can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the conference start if the adjustment is not a decrease in the number of participants with more than 10 %. With an adjustment after the limits of 48 hours or with a decrease of more than 10 % the bill will be settled according to following terms: 30-60 days prior conference start date the bill will be settled with a 50 % payment of the confirmed conference cost. 7-29 day days prior conference start date the bill will be settled with a 75 % payment of the confirmed conference cost. 0-6 day days prior conference start date the bill will be settled with a 100 % payment of the confirmed conference cost. By adjustment and cancellation – which should always happen in writing – means reduction, replacement, shortening etcetera of the conference agreement.
