The hotel features 430 rooms, including 80 twin rooms and 27 suites, making it an ideal choice for residential conferences, international delegations and large-scale corporate gatherings. With 2,200 m² of dedicated event space and 24 meeting rooms overlooking Paris and its landmarks, every event gains scale and impact — from product launches, gala dinners and automotive showcases to exhibitions and corporate meetings for law firms, consulting firms, fashion houses, IT and pharmaceutical companies. Two standout venues elevate the experience even further. The Orsay Ballroom offers 472 m² of naturally lit space, equipped with a 25 m² LED screen, perfectly suited for high-impact presentations and immersive events. The Salon Trocadéro delivers a true wow factor. Full cancellation (≥ 50%) Applies in case of date change, cancellation of 50% or more of rooms/participants/total amount, non-payment of deposits, or event interruption. • More than 30 days prior to the event: deposits paid or due are retained. • 30 days or less prior to the event: 100% of the contracted amount is due. Partial cancellation (< 50%) Cancellation fees apply according to the date of notification: • Up to 10% free of charge until D-61 • Up to 5% free of charge from D-60 to D-31 • 90% fees from D-30 to D-8 • 100% fees from D-7 onwards • All cancellation fees are payable within 7 working days. Flexibility Terms may be adjusted depending on the scale or complexity of the event, subject to mutual agreement.
