Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, dated, and acknowledged by The Lane Retreat. A no-show on the day of arrival will be treated as a cancellation. If accommodation is charged to the individual guest, the applicable credit card will be billed provided sufficient details have been supplied. If such details are deemed unsatisfactory, The Lane Retreat reserves the right to charge the master account for any cancellation fees incurred. Any request to amend an existing reservation that reduces the overall value of the booking — including changes to dates, duration, guest numbers, or services reserved — will be treated as a total or partial cancellation and subject to the following charges: FULL CANCELLATION More than 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of total estimated accommodation and function charges 60 – 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of total estimated accommodation and function charges Less than 30 days prior to arrival (including arrival date): 100% of total estimated accommodation and function charges Please note that any entertainment, third-party services, or external suppliers booked on the client’s behalf by The Lane Retreat may be subject to full charges, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
