About us

With a strong industrial heritage, Katowice is today home for several important business venues and international conferences. Thanks to the availability of concert halls, the city hosts also some of the most trendy music festivals all the year long. Katowice Airport is directly connected to London, Dortmund, Frankfurt and several other European cities. Wizzair presence is very strong in terms of regular connections but the airport is also the second most important charter hub in Poland.Whatever the reason to visit the city, Moxy Katowice is perfectly located - just in front of the Katowice International Airport and with convenient access to the motorway. The Katowice City center is just a 20 minutes’ drive.In 100 comfortable rooms, guests will find a queen size (160 cm) bed with Marriott standard mattress, a 49-inch TV with Internet access and a bathroom with spacious shower and bathroom amenities. In all the hotel, there is a free and super-fast Wi-Fi to let guests be always connected.The Bar is open 24/7 serving bagels and cappuccinos in the AM, fresh-baked naan flatbreads and other delicious food and drink all the day long. The gym is equipped with a boxing bag, gymnastics equipment, signature racing bike and full-circuit gym. For the convenience of business travel, there are three fully equipped conference rooms: one of 55 sq. m and two of 9 sq. m. The crew is ready to help organize an ad hoc meeting or a long term planned conference.

As a solo artist, Kevin was the featured entertainer at UC San Diego’s commencement ceremony in front of 7000 people, and has played The Aventine La Jolla, Mission Bay Yacht Club, The Thursday Club, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Bernardo Winery, University Club, Kona Kai Resort, Cafe 21, The Prado in Balboa Park, Tipsy Crow, Mesa College Art Gallery, Del Mar Fair,Liberty Station, and Coronado Landing. Kevin was a standout alto saxophonist in elementary and middle school, then switched to tenor sax as an adult. Inspired by BB King’s killer horn section, Kevin began honing his skills playing the blues. He still loves rock and pop music and enjoys covering crowd favorites on his sax, all while pushing the limits of audience engagement, building epic solos, and creating the ultimate show.
