Prime Restaurant and Bar is situated on the shores of Queenstown Bay, Prime Waterfront Restaurant and Bar specialises in innovative steak, game and seafood dishes, based on traditional New Zealand cuisine prepared with seasonal local ingredients. With superb views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains through floor to ceiling glass windows, guests experience a welcoming ambience featuring a central fireplace and leather armchairs. It offers a private area that seats 40 guests and features lake views. It has the capacity to seat 180 for a sit down dinner or 250 for drinks and canapes. It has an extensive range of set menus and finger food options available, along with a fantastic beverage selection.
