About us
Opened in 1926, Rangiora Town Hall is a notable historic building in the Waimakariri District. It is located in a prominent position at the western end of Rangiora town centre. The hall features a theatre stage and an auditorium divided into ground floor and upper balcony levels, with a total of 372 fixed seats. Additional facilities include changing rooms for performers, toilets and casual seating off the main entrance foyer, and a kitchenette. Performing arts, music and drama groups are regular users of the hall, along with schools and other casual users. Shows, concerts and similar events are often booked at the venue.
