About us

Sea Change Villas is located in Rarotonga, Cook Islands. It is a small and intimate resort with three Beachfront Villas, the vision being to create a private and up market alternative to the more conventional hotel style accommodation in Rarotonga. Sea Change Villas today consists of nine villas, all boasting their own, lagoon views, and tropical surroundings. We also have adjoining land that will allow us to increase the number of villas to accommodate the demands of tourism growth.
