Event insurance may be required.

Facility Restrictions

For any event which takes place in our Retreat Center, Pearlstone must provide the food service. Pearlstone does not have a liquor license so clients must provide their own alcohol. For events being held outdoors, a client may work with any caterer.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are required on signing of a contract and 90 days before an event is scheduled to begin. Except for unusual circumstances, deposits are not refundable if a group cancels.
