The Cabinet is located at High Street in Royston. The famous 16th century inn sits between Hertford and Cambridge off the A10 in the beautiful village of Reed, within an easy travelling distance of London. The menu is an eclectic mix, based on personal taste and sound cooking techniques rather than any particular country’s cuisine. A unifying feature is a core of excellent ingredients local when feasible and carefully chosen.
