Cancellation policy is as follows: • If a guest must cancel their event, they have up to 90 days to receive a full refund, excluding the Date Deposit. • Cancellations submitted 90-30 days before the event start time, receive a 50% refund, excluding the Date Deposit. and fees. • Cancellations submitted less than 30 days before the event start time are not refundable.
