Four Seasons Seattle is excited to share our fully renovated meeting space in 2023. Surrounded by iconic destinations such as Pike Place Market and Seattle Art Museum, Four Seasons Hotel Seattle delivers Curated Events, meant to wow guests and push the boundaries of ordinary meetings. Through intuitive service orchestrated by a team of professionals; fresh, Pacific Northwest cuisine; and views of Puget Sound, our goal is to create an environment that inspires and brings people together for meaningful connections. Conveniently grouped on the second floor, all rooms feature natural light from large windows. With floor-to-ceiling views of Elliott Bay and Puget Sound, the Ballroom accommodates up to 500 guests under a soaring ceiling. For events with up to 140 guests, the Sycamore Room features panoramas of Elliott Bay and the city. Four other function rooms are flexible for groups of up to 100. An outdoor terrace adjacent to the Hotel is available for receptions, intimate cocktail parties, breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

Cancellation Policy
The guaranteed number of attendees at the Event must be communicated to the Catering Office at the Hotel not less than three (3) full working days, excluding holidays, prior to the Event (for events that occur on a Monday, guarantees must be received by 12:00 noon on the preceding Thursday). Final charges will be based on the greater of (a) the guaranteed number of attendees (or the number of persons for which the Event was originally booked, if no guaranteed number was provided) or (b) the total number of attendees served

Yes, We are committed to eliminating single use plastics from the guest experience. All of our hotels have taken significant steps to remove plastics, including water bottles, miniature bathroom toiletries, and plastic F&B items.
