Sunflower Hotel & Residence is a four star hotel-style apartment complex invested by Shenzhen Zhou Ji Tong Industrial Development Co., Ltd. and managed by Shenzhen Grand Skylight Hotel Management Co., Ltd. Located in the core CBD of Futian district of Shenzhen city. It is the sole hotel-style apartment complex fully equipped with duplex suites in Shenzhen. With a 36-floor building, the hotel has a total of 248 rooms, which can be divided into 5 types, namely Boutique Suite, Deluxe Duplex Suite (large/double bed), Twin-bedroom (deluxe) Duplex Suite and Premium Duplex Suite. Sunflower Hotel & Residence Club is a center integrating conference room, leisure, entertainment, bodybuilding, sauna, massage, chess and cards, restaurants of private home cuisine and golf exercise course.
