It’s no secret that Washington has some of the best wines in the entire country and the urban brewery scene in Spokane Valley is not to be missed. Breweries use local hops and seasonal ingredients, creating endless varieties to choose from. With several hosting game nights and charity events – it’s proof that the community here is strong. In recent years, the Spokane Valley has burst on the scene for its bold red wines. Local vintners leverage the unique terroir to create delicious alchemy. One even credits the gentle rumbling of trains above their cellar with settling the solids in the barrel, contributing to a softer taste. But, you’ll just have to try it for yourself.
