About us

At ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort, we offer more than a place to stay—we curate moments of discovery, relaxation, and indulgence, inspired by the refined rhythm of island life. Warm yet discreet service embodies the spirit of Japanese omotenashi, anticipating every need with genuine care. Nestled in the enchanting Yaeyama Islands, the resort enjoys a coveted location just 20 minutes from the airport and directly on the pristine Maesato Beach. In July 2020, three new wings were unveiled, including Japan’s first dedicated Club InterContinental, while in July 2023 the Coral Wing was relaunched with serene tatami-style interiors and family-friendly accommodations such as bunk beds—each thoughtfully designed to reflect evolving guest lifestyles. Blending sophisticated comfort, cultural authenticity, and the island’s natural beauty, every visit is transformed into an unforgettable journey of elegance and ease.
