GETTING HERE BY CAR: Maastricht (N278) From the centre of “Maastricht” follow the “ANWB” signs in the direction of “Luik/Liege”. Take the exit Cadier en Keer/Vaals (N278) and follow this road for about 25 KM. Continuation: see “from the roundabout in Vaals” From Amsterdam (A2/E25) and Brussel (A2/E314): at the junction “Kerensheide” you go in the direction of “Aken/Aachen”. Take the exit “Vaals/Simpelveld” (N281) and head to the right. On the A76 en follow the “ANWB” signs with “Vaals” till you reach the roundabout just before you enter Vaals. Continuation: see “from the roundabout in Vaals” From Düsseldorf (A44) en Köln (A4/E40): at the “Aachener Kreuz” you go in the direction”of “Maastricht-Heerlen” (A4). Take the second exit (“Laurensberg Richterich-Herzogenrath”). At the traffic-lights you drive to “Aken/Laurensberg”. After 500 meters you go in the direction of “Maastricht/Vaals”. You drive through the main street of Vaals until you arrive at the second roundabout where you go to the left in the direction of the “Drielandenpunt”. After about 1 km go to the right (Eschberg). After about 800 meters you will find the “Bilderberg Kasteel Vaalsbroek” at your left hand side. Cancelling If you cancel your entire meeting, there will be a charge according to the UVH. The amount of the cancellation fee is as follows: More than 3 months before the reserved date: 10% More than 2 months before the reserved date: 15% More than 1 month before reserved date: 35%. More than 14 days before the reserved date: 60% More than 7 days before the reserved date: 85 7 days or less before reserved date: 100%. In case of no-show, you are obliged to pay the total reservation value. If you cancel individual participants, charges will apply in accordance with UVH. Up to 7 days before arrival, you can cancel up to a maximum of 10% of the number of booked rooms and persons (as described in this confirmation) free of charge. From this moment on, all no-shows and cancellations will be charged at 100%.
