Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellations, the cancellation fee will be calculated separately from accommodation, event reservations and catering. Reservations which include both meeting,catering and accommodation, terms are based on the larger reservation (room nights/persons). In large events the hotel reserves the right for event related cancellation terms specified in the contract Hotel rooms: 1-2 hotel rooms/group may be cancelled without charges by 4 pm 1 day before arrival The hotel will charge full payment in cases where the customer either arrives later or departs earlier than what is confirmed or does not arrive at all. The hotel has the right to full compensation on services that cannot be cancelled, for example services ordered from subcontractors.

The Biggest Meeting Venue in the Airport Area The hotel has a modern and versatile conference and event spaces, the largest of which is 827 m². This venue will be perfect for organizing conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, and parties. In addition to the extra large conference space, there will 19 meeting rooms, which cater to events of all shapes and sizes. Horizon meeting room is situated on the hotels 12th floor, and has a great view to the airport area.
