We are located on Route 365 Verona NY, off of the NYS Thruway Exit 33. The Turning Stone Casino Resort is located right next door to the hotel. The Casino provides a complimentary shuttle service to all hotel guests and it is available 24/7. We host sports teams, family events, wedding blocks , corporate groups and so much more!
