ASM Global manages the operations and catering and they manage the booking calendar for the Waco Convention Center,which offers 144,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, accommodating from 20 - 3,000 with ease. Two major hotels are located adjacent to the convention center, three new hotels are open and within walking distance, and 800-1,000 hotel rooms are accessible within a couple of miles. There are 5,000 hotel rooms in the greater Waco area.
