Facility Restrictions
In order to hold a private event, your group must choose one of the following options: 1. Purchase tickets to a Kennedy Center performance in one of our theaters. To purchase tickets or inquire about the performance schedule for a particular date please contact our group sales office. http://www.kennedy-center.org/tickets/groupsales/ 2. The sponsoring company/organization can make a tax-deductible contribution to the Kennedy Center's Corporate Fund or Annual Fund. In addition to the opportunity to rent space at the Kennedy Center, you will receive many other wonderful benefits. Please contact the Special Events office for more details. 3. The sponsoring company/organization can rent a Kennedy Center theater. To rent a theater or inquire about theater availability for a particular date please contact our booking office. http://www.kennedy-center.org/theaterrental/
Additional details
Kennedy Center Ushers are required for all events. The number of ushers is determined by the size and location of your event. Insurance can be purchased through the Kennedy Center for $100.00 - $300.00 or if your company carries liability insurance this fee can be waived with a copy of your insurance certificate.
