Artisan is our restaurant and bar, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you’re after a quiet table for one, an intimate table for two, or a formal function in one of our private rooms, Artisan will more than meet your expectations. Café Artisan is our hotel’s café and is great for anyone wanting a lighter meal, or simply a quick coffee and cake. Popular with the locals, Café Artisan specialises in tarts, pies and pastries, Emporio coffee, and also offers a special daily soup and salad. Artisan is in the heart of the Bolton Hotel – but we aren’t tucked away in the back as many hotel restaurants are.
